Better late than never huh? Today’s post is another one of my Christmas gifts from QVC – The Bare Minerals Glamour Now Collection. I’ll keep this brief since you can’t purchase this whole set anymore but lots of the individual products are similar to things in the permanent range of products. I love that this set has chic rose gold packaging as opposed to the regular black that is a staple to this brand.

This set also came with a classic travel sized contour blush brush as well as a tapered shadow brush in the same rose gold hue.

Bare Minerals Brightening Pearl Perfect Light Mineral Veil Finishing Powder
This powder is your typical setting powder with a very slight pearl finish to help brighten the skin. This powder if used in incorrect quantities can leave a white cast to brown skin (which is why this brand offers tinted mineral veils) so be sure to use sparingly. I mostly use this to set under eye concealer to help the eye look more refreshed.

This quad made me fall in love with Bare Minerals all over again. This was one of the first makeup brands I truly loved back when everything they offered was in powder form but I moved on to other things because loose makeup can get SO messy. The colors in this quad are perfect for a date night out or the lighter colors can be used for a shimmery every day look as well.

The colors are described as follows: Celebrate is a yellow cream, Ball Gown is a nude sheen, Cheers is a shitake mushroom color, and Stiletto is a plum chocolate. The only shade without any type of shimmer is Celebrate.

I haven’t tried a loose blush in quite some time and this one is a nice surprise. The color is very light warm flush on the skin which is perfect for everyday.

This is currently my most favorite thing out of everything in this set. This rose gold luminizer is absolutely beautiful on brown or tan skin and would work just as nicely on fairer skin types as well.

This double ended retractable deep brown pencil and black liquid eyeliner is amazing. You can line your waterline and create a killer cat eye all using one product. The liquid liner has a stiff tip which is amazing for creating precise skinny lines.

I really like the consistency of this gloss although I admit I’m not much of a gloss fanatic. It is not sticky and adds just a touch of shimmer to the lips; this color comes out completely sheer with no hint of orange on my pigmented lips.
