Ladies and Gentleman..we are almost there. Where you ask? To the END OF WINTER!!! It’s just over a month away and then it’s officially Spring! Let’s have a celebratory song break before getting to the post shall we?
If you’re any type of human your skin is probably a dry flakey mess from the cold air and being in doors with all this artificial heat. One trick to help your face and skin out tremendously is to sleep with a humidifier to help give your body and airways back much needed moisture it looses in the winter months. When you wake up hop in the shower and enjoy this Shea Moisture Olive and Green Tea Body Scrub. What’s that you say? You knew Shea Moisture makes hair products but had no idea they made body care as well? Well honey you have been missing out!

This scrub has been my lifesaver for dry elbows, cracked heels, and scaly leg skin during this winter season. It’s so moisturizing and leaves your skin feeling amazing even after hoping out the shower. The scent reminds me of a spa; it’s very refreshing and zen like.

I like to use this after lathering up my skin and but be careful using this after shaving (your legs will burn if you do it after…but that’s also assuming you shave during the winter 😉 ). This also ensures the scent lasts longer and there is no instant ashy and dry skin when you step out the water into the air in your bathroom. Spring and spring vacations are right around the corner so start getting your legs in shape now ladies!

These wonderful products can be found at your local Target. They are in a little bit of a tricky place; you won’t find them with the regular body wash and soap aisle but you will find them most likely where they stock the loofahs and higher end soaps. Go check them out!
P.S.  There are 5 different types of body scrubs you can enjoy from Shea Moisture and my favorite for spring and summer is the Coconut and Hibiscus which smells exactly like the hair products!

I haven’t tried that scent yet! I’ll add that to my list. My boyfriend loves the black soap line!
