The latest installment of the Sephora Disney collection is here and it’s Ariel of The Little Mermaid! This movie holds a special place in my heart as my oldest niece absolutely loves Ariel and because part of my family is from the Caribbean and growing up I thought this movie was made just for us! lol. These Princess collections that Sephora does (Cinderella and Jasmine have been featured previously) usually include eyeshadows, fragrance, nail polish, and more.

This palette contains 20 colors consisting of mostly shimmers and a few mattes. Every color is named after something as it relates to The Little Mermaid (clever Sephora!). For the most part the shadows are a great consistency, not too powdery but with great color playoff. For swatches of all 20 shades continue below!

An up close shot of Fins which is one of my absolute favorites in this palette. Look how gorgeous and mermaid-y it is! These colors are amazing on dark skin as well as light skin (check out this awesome tutorial from xSparkage https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-3rVnGJQQ3c!). As of today the palette says “Coming Soon”; I was able to snag this the weekend of the 8th when it went on sale for Beauty Insiders only so they must have taken it down. It is supposed to be on sale for everyone online in June and will hit stores in August 2013….also….rumors are speculating that this is the last Disney Princess collab Sephora will be doing NOOOOOOO.
