I admit since I’ve become a lipstick fiend I haven’t given many lip glosses much love. When I was at my MAC counter last week just buying away I figured I’d pick Fever Isle up because it’s coral. And that’s the main reason I bought it since I am obsessed. MAC Cremesheen Glass in Fever Isle

As you can see Fever Isle is a pinkish coral color with subtle gold and silver glitter. The color applies pretty sheer my lips as you can see in the swatch below. I don’t expect a ton of pigmentation from 90% of lip glosses so this isn’t surprising to me. The sheerness of color of Fever Isle will make it easier to pair on top of complimentary lipsticks.

I really like the Cremesheen Glass formula, if you don’t like MAC Lipglasses because they are too sticky then the Cremesheen Glasses should be right up your alley. They also wear 4+ hours on me and they still look great. One of the girls at the MAC store had Fever Isle on with Ablaze lip liner…and it was so much beautiful coral orange goodness. If you have that liner (not too much into lip liners as of yet) try out that combo and let me know what you think!
