Hey Y’all! This is just a quick post to show you the three things I picked up. This collection will be available in the USA and Canada on 9/30 at 12 noon and in MAC counters and internationally on 10/3. If you’re near a free standing MAC store (one that is not inside or attached to a larger department store) you can get your hands on the collection now! That’s where I picked up the three goodies below.

The packaging is rose gold and hot pink and I think it’s a lot of fun although some complain that it looks a little cheap. The prices on this collection are slightly elevated from permanent products; the lipsticks are $16.50 as opposed to regular $15. If you’ve been keeping up MAC you’ll know that this is the third time MAC has released the RiRi Hearts MAC collection each time with differing products. The first time just the RiRi Woo lipstick was released, the second time RiRi Woo, Heaux, and Boy lipsticks as well as Barbados Girl lustre drops and a blush/bronzer duo.
The latest collection coming your way has tons more items; quads, lip liners, lipglasses, mascara, brushes and more. All have the cute rose gold and hot pink packaging as well.

The first thing I picked up was the Her Cocoa Quad. You can create a great brown smokey eye with these colors and y’all know how I love my neutrals. Unlike other MAC quads these shadows do not come with any names listed on the back which is interesting. The color in the lower left quadrant swatches extremely close to MAC Woodwinked and the color in the lower right quadrant has been alleged to be MAC Mulch. I only have Woodwinked so I can vouch for that one but nevertheless the colors work quite beautifully together.

Gorgeous. These colors can be work every day or only pulled out for special holiday occasions if you’re not into daily shimmer.

Rihanna is also know for her beautiful dark purple lipstick and she re-created it for this collection in Talk That Talk. Unfortunately my lipstick broke after pictures it so it’s in lipstick recovery (had to melt it together) so there aren’t any swatches of these :(. But check out the packaging anyway!

As you can see it’s a beautiful red wine color that is perfect for fall.
